Second Major Option
With the approval of the student's advisor and the dean(s) of the college(s) students may choose to fulfill the requirements of two dissimilar major programs.
Requirements are listed below:
- If the two majors are offered in different schools or colleges within the University, the admission requirements of each must be satisfied.
- If the two majors have two distinct degrees, e.g., B.A., B.S., or some other designated degree, the student must choose which of the two is to be awarded and fulfill all the requirements for that degree.
- No more than eight credits used to satisfy major requirements in one major may be used to satisfy major requirements in the other major.
